Lack of Casino Rates

I was wondering if this was unusual. I called Club Royale to transfer/re-book and apply cert to a Feb 2018 Aus/NZ cruise on Ovation. She checked and re-checked and there were no casino rates for that sailing or the other two around the same time period. There were, however, for Radiance for a similar sailing around the same time.

She has emailed her supervisor to find out if it's a mistake in the system or if for some reason casino rates aren't offered yet for Ovation in 2018.

Has anyone heard of this? Is it normal? Should we expect it to change and offer casino rates?

We can change to the Radiance sailing for a better cabin for significantly less money with the casino rate but the itinerary is not as good for what will be a once-in-a-lifetime cruise destination.

I am really not familiar with the sailings for Ovation. I think there are many areas where the rules are very different from those of US sailings so it may just be an "Ovation" thing.

I do, however, recall that during the very early days of new Harmony bookings there were no casino rates available for those early itins. Later they added the casino rates. So maybe they will add casino rates for Ovation. It's really hard to say.
