Feb 6 2018 Cuban Fusion

Booked a cruise and stay, Discovery 2 and Sensatori. Trying to find out about the dining arrangements on board. Cruised many times before on RCI, P&O, Carnival, NCL and others. Is it freedom or fixed dining system? We normally use the second sitting on a large table and have made many friends this way. Not a problem either way but curious to know how it works on formal nights.

Any advice would be appreciated.
