You're best bet is to go to a travel agent and finding out what the best rates are. There's no charge for this service, they are paid commissions by the cruise lines.

Most of the major cruise lines go there including Celebrity, Princess, Royal Caribbean, NCL, Carnival. Find an online cruise search engine and do some research yourself.
