Eurodam public decks

Traveling to Alaska, where obviously views are important. It would appear that there are forward public areas on decks 5,6 and 7, under the bridge. Are these open to the public, and if so, is there seating? TIA

I believe on Deck 4, Upper Promenade, both Port and Starboard hallways there is an entrance to the Bow area that is used to allow passengers to view when in Glacier Bay. It's standing only no seats. The Main Stage Showroom is on the three decks below Deck 4. There are small viewing areas on the decks forward that you mention but also standing only.
