Smaller boats for snorkeling

Can anyone recommend or suggest a smaller tour for snorkeling. I have looked online and found that almost all of the boats/catamarans will have between 25-50 people on them. Makes it kind of tough to see anything when there are so many people in the water. It could scare the fish away and all you may see is human arms and legs.

We are booked to go snorkeling through Blue Hole also. Is the dock within walking distance or would you recommend a taxi!
