Customer Service Email

Does anyone have an email address for Customer Service that works? I have been trying to ask a couple of simple questions, but can't seem to find anything other than phone numbers for contact. I have searched here and the few I have found (customerrelations@princess.com and customerservices@princess.com) come back immediately as "undeliverable".

I have tried emailing them through the Captain's Circle email but have not received a reply.

There is a "contact us" section on their web site, however it does not identify an actual email address, and the options available to submit an email are extremely limited.

Anything out there that has worked for anyone? Thanks!

A silly suggestion, but here goes anyway. Call 1800-PRINCESS and ask the rep. I imagine they have access to that kind of info.

My experience is that responses to e-mail are very slow, often in terms of weeks. Better to just call and ask if you want an answer in a reasonable timeframe.

Wait time is in the hours.
