Sailing with NCL in 2 weeks and looking at booking a trip with this company from Naples to Pompeii .

Does anyone have any feedback on them ,thanks

and many other threads. Summary...good prices, but they have had some customer service issues, basically due to the fact they are a broker...they don't provide the tour, they take your money and hire a local contractor. Then, when you need to contact the local vendor...you have difficulty reaching then.

For this reason, we avoid brokers at all costs, and try to deal direct with the vendors.
