Tween on Oasis of the Seas RCI- What activities?

Hi I was wondering if anyone has a recent compass for Oasis of the seas. We are traveling with a 12 year old and trying our best to see what activities they have for tweens as well as try to see the best time for dining and shows etc... Any help would be appreciated
