fparker49 Posted July 19, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2016 Hello, I read the tips where someone wrote that DCL prohibits use of pools for kids in swim diapers. How substantial is the splash zone that they are allowed in? Will there still be things for them to do on the ship besides use the pool?

The nursery has activities, and you can take your child into any of the Open Houses in the other clubs to do activities there. As to the splash zone - it depends what ship you're asking about. On the Wonder it's fairly small. On the Fantasy & Dream it's pretty big. And on the Magic it's even bigger.
moki'smommy Posted July 19, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 19, 2016 Check your Navigator. On many cruises there is a toddler oriented dance/exercise program in the morning. They are welcome at all "family" activities (with a parent, of course) The splash area is quite adequate on all ships except maybe the Wonder. Since Wonder is due for a huge dry dock this fall, there might be an expansion similar to that which occurred on the Magic.
fparker49 Posted July 20, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted July 20, 2016 OK great! We are on the Magic so it sounds like that's the best place to be. Thank you!
