Baltic SIM Card ?

We will be on Princess Regal June 2 2017. Visiting Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm, Berlin, Tallinn, and St Petersburg.

Has anyone had success with a cell phone SIM card for these ports ?

I am looking for limited use during the cruise, in case we need to communicate with Excursion Guide or their company.

I have never used a replacement SIM, i just use my regular cell phone when traveling internationally.

Interesting - I thought 'Roaming Charges' would be expensive.

My cell phone is Consumer Cellular and they are USA only. DW is AT&T so that might work. I guess if I only want to use it in emergencies then Roaming Charges will not be so important.
