Cruisermann Posted September 18, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 18, 2016 I noticed that Regent is now offering a $2000 air credit on our Hong Kong-Beijing cruise, up from $1200 previously. Since we have already booked our air through Regent, are we entitled to any credit?
Johnthesailor Posted September 18, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 18, 2016 I would doubt it - you are taking their air so the air credit is not relevant. If the price of the cruise including air decreased then you might be, depending if final payment was already made. If not paid in full yet, you should be able to get the difference. If cruise price went down and final payment was made then you probably could get some type of cabin upgrade or perhaps shipboard credit. You should examine the current pricing of the cruise and compare it to what you booked for and if there is a decrease, call your travel agent. mrlevin Posted September 18, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 18, 2016 (edited) I noticed that Regent is now offering a $2000 air credit on our Hong Kong-Beijing cruise, up from $1200 previously. Sounds like you might be on one of those cruises where Business Class is now included; you might want to check with your TA and get switched to Business. Marc edited to add: Actually looks like your cruise has the $999 per direction upgrade to Business Class; they may be expecting everyone to jump at that.
