I wish the meetings were arranged for 'LGBT and allies' because I'd like to go on the basis that it's usually the source of the best company onboard [emoji2] I might put that add in the Horizon on our next trip!
They now list them as LGBTQ
Apparently Q stands for Questioning !

What changes are planned for onboard bookings ?
Currently thats the best way to book a cruise as you pay a deposit and they give it back to you straight away !

Waterproof money box for the beach - ebay

What are the prices if booking package onboard? I want to pay with OBCs.
The specialty dining packages are the same price whether you book in advance on-line or wait until you board. Check out this link for all the package prices - https://www.cruisecritic.co.uk/news/news.cfm?ID=7423

Did the ship manage to enter Milford Sound ?

The express pass only shows your stateroom class & deck and your Captains Club level, not the amenities you have on the cruise. Take a copy of your invoice that shows the prepaid gratuities, beverage package, on board credit, etc.
Your card also shows if you have the Drinks Package with CLA printed on it.

..I was more wondering about the tent that was mentioned
Suggest you look at the video again, look to the ceiling......
-
Is the tent the normal process for Celebrity or Equinox out of Miami? I am cruising out on Jan/17 and wondering what I should expect.
Quite civilised - check out

Maybe a better option is book the Saver Fare which is normally considerably cheaper. With the saving eat in the specialty restaurant like Epicurean, Limelight, Glass house or the Beach House. All are considerably better than the Main Dining Room or the Buffet. The Beach House is the cheapest costs about £10/pp.

P&O's normal practice is for Formal nights to be on Sea Days. Looking at your itinerary the most likely dates will be 28 Jan, 1st Feb, 3rd Feb and the final will be either 6th or 7th Feb. P&O don't even tell you arrival/departure times, they like to keep everything secret, crazy ......http://www.cruisecal.com/portal/ItineraryPrint/tabid/2919/Default.aspx?sailID=CarnUK/A802

You are living in the past. This stopped some years ago.
Not correct again !
In September Azura slashed prices to £999pp for balcony cabin which included the flight for a 14 night Caribbean cruise (2-16 Dec 2017). In January 2017 the same cruise was £2200 pp. I know because I was caught

I am not a gambler and never normally visit the casino but on the last cruise I used my $100 unspent obc (non-refundable) on the roulette table. Simply placing $5 on both Red and Black and pocketing the refundable chip each time. Only once did the ball land on Green and the last $5 was placed on a high odds bet which I lost but walked away with $75. I was happy as the alternative was to buy something at silly prices in the shops.
-
Suggest you wait until 6-8 weeks before the sail date, P&O are renown for slashing prices up to 50%.

Tranquilo takes you to the area called Spanish Lagoon away from the typical tourist snorkel areas. Fabulous but you really do need to be a confident swimmer as the best snorkel is from their small rubber dingy which is not everyones choice. Highly recommended just be aware of Buster the barking mad Jack Russell - pain in the a***

Having done both, Sea Cow comes out on top.

Yeah, let‘s fight the system for a noble cause... and thereby hurt the ones who reserve the reward
Are you sure you know who gets the reward ?
Employer or the employee ?
I would suggest you reward in CASH until the discriminatory system is abolished.
-
The staff definitely deserve reward for their hard work but payment by gratuities falls short of good practice in this day and age. The sooner gratuities become history the better, and I for one will not support the system.
-
We had $200 unused non-refundable OBC recently and visited the roulette table. After about 20 spins with $5 chips on both black and white resulted in $175 in winnings with the ball landed twice on Green.
Good result as far as we were concerned as the goods in the shops were excessively priced and definitely not value for money, even free money.

Why doesn’t Celebrity advise the ports they know will require Tendering?
I for one would avoid these cruises as tendering is a nightmare, poor organisation and everybody in such a rush and not worth the hassle.
-
Look at both Azura and Britannia for early December, prices have dropped thru the floor.
It is cheaper than a Virgin flight to Barbados and you get the 14 day cruise for FREE
-
Don't forget the food is crap on both - take sandwiches is the best advice.
-
Classic to Premium is US$10 + 18% = $11.80/per day
-
I hope you have taken out Travel Insurance as health card are not much help on a cruise.
-
Is it safe to use UBER? In London their licence was not renewed due to safety fears that they don't report crime and a failure to vet their drivers properly. Is it any different in the US or are people less concerned as long as it's cheap ?
gratuity distribution
in Celebrity Cruises
Posted
In fact the the number is 14 and they have dispensed with his assistant. You are assuming everyone leaves their auto-gratuity in place which is far from reality.
