  1. If you buy a package like we did, you'll probably need to wait until you're onboard. One would think with today's technology, going online after you book a dining package and book your reservation restaurant and times would save everyone time and hassle, right? Well ... that's not happening, so on Day 1 you have a long line of grumpy people who can't get the restaurant on the day they want or the time they want and take it out on the staff when technology could solve the problem ... cue the Charlie Brown sigh.
  2. Thanks so much for letting us know. Hopefully RCCL will let us start making reservations for those of us that have purchased the 5-night Dining Package online or on the app soon!
  3. Now that the Radiance is out of drydock, can anyone presently onboard confirm that the Samba Grill is still a Specialty dining option? Thanks!
  4. On a previous thread, it was stated that those that purchased a Specialty Dining Package would be able to make reservations prior to embarkation. We are sailing on the Radiance in Oct. this year and would like to do that prior to boarding to avoid the hassle of trying to doing this once onboard. I've called C&A twice and have been told I needed to wait until I'm onboard. Anyone aware to if/when the change to reserve prior to boarding will become a reality? One would think that it would also be less of a hassle for ship staff on that first day, too. Am I being too logical?
  5. Anyone have an idea when RCCL might release it's Norway cruises for 2025? Looking for one in late August/September. Thanks!
  6. We'll be on the Royal in September and are wondering if someone can post the wine list from Vines? Thanks for the help!
  7. We have a cruise this fall on the Oosterdam starting on Oct. 20 ... how soon will we be able to to reserve Specialty Dining nights and times? Thanks!
  8. We were on the Solstice on the Dec. 11 cruise and ate at the Tuscan Grill the first night. I brought in a nice bottle of wine and was charged $35 corkage. I checked with Guest Relations and they confirmed it. I should have asked ... thought it was still $25. Lesson learned ... I won't be bringing any wine into any dining room ... that's excessive I my mind.
