I will be in a 1 bedroom grand suite on Brilliance next month, wondering what are the suite perks during these times: is there a separate section for eating breakfast/lunch at the Windjammer? And, at the Concierge lounge, how do you order the complimentary wine & drinks, place order/drinks or pick-up your own drink? Thanks, Rafa

Final payment? Do you need to pay in full to qualify for Royal Up bidding? For example, I just booked and my deposit was $500, I am within 40 days of sail but my full payment is due within a few days (two days), is it only after my final payment that I will have the Royal Up option? Thanks.

Well, it's sad to read a mixed review for Brilliance of the Seas since I will be boarding for the same sailing at the end of July, any chances that things will improve and be any better by then? My co-worker just came back from Brilliance (sailed it last week), they had (4p in her group) and had a completely different experience but they had a suite, she said they had a phenomenal cruise and she will do it again without thinking about it ('everything was good' she said).
