  1. "Out of hundreds"? You were the eighteenth poster on this thread. The moderator must have been very busy deleting all those posts!!
  2. You could buy a three day dining package for each of you for $238.00 plus 20% gratuity ( $285.60), or $47.60 person per meal. I will assume you're not heavy drinkers, and will work with 3 drinks per day per person. Bottled beer runs $6-7, cocktails $10-13. So let's average that out to $10 a drink. 7 days at 6 drinks per day equals 42 drinks for the week. 42x $10=$420.00. So now you're looking at approx. $705.60 for drinks and dining. When you book a cabin with free at sea, the cost is built into the fare.I think if you are happy letting NCL choose your cabin for you, you'll be ahead of the game. And if you go with free at sea, you 'll still have to pay an additional $277.20 charge for 20% gratuities on the drink package. Hope my math is correct. If not, I'm more than certain someone will pick me up on it!!
  3. Have you tried their callback service? When you call customer service, you go through the prompts and establish yourself in "line". A recording then comes on and tells you your approximate wait time. It then asks you if you would like to wait on hold , or receive a callback. If you opt for the callback, the system verifies your phone number and you hang up. Have used this three times in the last couple of weeks. Each time I was called back within five minutes of my "approximate wait time". The only drawback is that when they call you back, NCL doesn't show on your caller ID. The reps ( at least the ones that have called me back) are working from home, and their name and number show up. Some folks may be leery about answering a call with an unknown name.
  4. MoCruiseFan, I have to agree with Dcoy. I also had the same problem. Tried to book four restaurant seatings. Two Cagney's, one each LeBistro and LaCucina. Tried five or six times the first day I was eligible to book. Kept getting a message saying something in my cart was in error and to please try again. Gave up . Tried again the next day. Same scenario. Finally called customer service on the third day. The very nice NCL rep told me the system was not allowing the same restaurant to be booked more than once online. She was then able to book the times, days, and restaurants I requested. Problem solved!! This occurred 6/25-6/27, so was very recent.
  5. I'm sorry, I couldn't figure out what you meant by "port days with 6:00PM muster call". After your explanation ,I realized what you were asking. I think you should have said"port days with 6:00PM all aboard call". Muster refers to learning how to put on a life vest and where to meet for your assembly station. It takes awhile for us old folks to figure out what you young uns are saying!!
  6. I don't think there would be a limitation on what they would accept. I think the limitation would be on your end, due to the sheer weight of rolled coin. Especially if you have to fly. You wouldn't want to lose the exchange rate advantage due to increased baggage fees.
  7. Wouldn't they take your rolled-up quarters at Guest Services as payment towards your bill? Cash is cash, no matter what form it's in.
  8. Do you remember what the production show was? Age of Aquarius maybe? They did that back in April . Seemed to be a hastily thrown together not very memorable musical, which they did in Bliss Lounge.
  9. I think the OP was asking IF there is entertainment ( which I take meant full scale production shows), not how to book entertainment. There was none on our cruise in April on the Pearl, none that i have heard of lately, and our cruise in October still says 0 under entertainment.
  10. Along with the Sega Key Master. They are touted as games of skill. There is no skill involved. The factory default setting is one win every 700 plays, which can be reset by the casino up to 9999 plays per win. I know we're now going to hear from those who won an I-Pad, a tablet, or a certain amount of cash and how skillful their play was. The truth is, they were just in the right place at the right time. Just like a slot machine!!
  11. 118 days. Bermuda (yea!!). And a stop in Bahh (Humbug) Haabba, Maine.(Nay).
  12. Can someone tell me the size of the new cabin, ship cards? License size, bigger than a license, smaller than a breadbox? We want to buy a couple plastic holders to put on lanyards. But don't want to purchase ones too big or too small. Thanking you in advance.
