We will definitely bring some with, but we are staying in Venice, and in civitavecchia one night before we leave. While on cruise what is the best way (best rate etc) to get euros?
-
I'm assuming those who put in carry on are purchasing when they land? I am thinking about this as well as I'd love to bring some caymus with me from home....hmmm
-
I was told couldn't pre book for European cruises....if we decide we have to do it on the ship
-
Thanks, good to know. I thought OMG! LOL
-
So I'm playing around online and I added the premium drink plan to our reservation and for the 10 cruise it was $590/pp?!? What? Please tell me this is wrong. We got a classic for free with a pick two promo when we booked
-
Should I book now or when on the cruise? We leave in sept. 4 dinner packages are $125
-
I'm torn on the drink package, we got the classic one free thought the 123go promo, I want to upgrade to take advantage of the perks you just mentioned (we are a little bit of wine snobs, lol and I like a good grey goose martini) but then the whole free thing is out the window...

I want to reserve one for a cruising day, how do I go about it? Thanks:D
-
Yes, my phone's auto correct is crazy! Sorry.

The time and place will be announced the night before in your Celebrity Today. The ticket distribution point differs from ship to ship and port to port so no one can give you a specific time and place now. People in Suites (as noted) Zenith level passengers, VIP guests and those on Celebrity tours will leave first. The tours usually gather in the Theater and use the stairs closest to the Theater. Disembarkation for others is usually via the mid ship stairs or elevator. Suite passengers, Zenith level members and VIPs receive a #1 ticket and my leave whenever they wish and go to the front of the line.
The most significant cause for delay in Santorini is not leaving the ship, but getting into town. You have three choses: walk the donkey path (yuck); ride a donkey; take the ride up. Lines for the ride can get long and that's where you can have a delay. Mykonos and Santorini are worth the wait.
That's why I want off the ship ASAP! To get off and get on a ride up...lol. I'll see betting my alarm to get up and get out to be first in line then...

So I can't get it ahead of time? I'm book concierge class, where on the ship do you get them? Guess I'll be setting an alarm
-
Ok so this is new to me, the last cruise we were on you just showed your badge and got on the tender and it was a small ship, azamara. Today a friend that went on the same cruise I'm going on said get your tender pass for santorini and Mykonos the night before so you can get off the ship faster. So how far in advance can I get it BC I want off the ship ASAP! Thanks, also where on the ship do you get it? I'm on the reflection
-
I guess I'm ok with it, it sounds good since the balcony is bigger than normal...I've only been on one cruise prior in a club continent suite on Azamara. We were mid ship, I think this will be fine....I was just worried about an obstructed view or something
-
We did a club continent on Azamara and it was AMAZING! I would do it again in a heartbeat. Azamara was outstanding, you have a butler, good was great it's a small ship very personal service and the best part most things are included.
-
Says C2 room 1044 on the reservation, I finally found out after much searching
-
Drinks,
Thanks...good to know
-
I could be wrong, and I highly doubt that last part since my travel agent is related to me
-
I do know that we will be mid ship it requested/paid for that category I believe. Just didn't pick a specific room number
-
Hmm feel like I'm forking over a hell of a lot of $ just to still pay for a lot of stuff once on board... the drink package we have included alcohol.
-
Idk if wet did guaranteed...yes we booked a promo....free beverage and discounted air with a onboard credit
-
We are members classic level. I see we get a discount on internet that's good
-
We didn't pick a specific cabin, just concierge class balcony. We were advised not to pick a specific cabin as we would be assigned and could switch it if not satisfied before we leave abs that we could actually get an upgrade. Anyone experience this? Thanks
-
Thanks for the reply I appreciate it, I guess I should have clarified. I know I have to pay for all that stuff, I was mostly inquiring about dining options. I've only been on one other cruise with Azamara and everything was included once on the ship....I mean we had to pay for the spa and obviously the shops and that kind of stuff.
