Best Painkiller that I ever tasted was at Marriott Waterfront Hotel, Pusser's Caribbean Grille, in Annapolis, Maryland. Discovered the wonderful drink at a boat show and returned annually to boat show for several years just to taste the best Painkiller IMO.

I have that handled now. thanks to some great advice from fellow cruisers on this site who did not tell me to put my "big pants on" but actually gave me solutions which I am grateful.

I too am concerned parking my PA licensed vehicle in public parking garage in Norfolk.  Where did you end up parking?

It's on the Carnival Sunshine and says departure from Norfolk...so I don't know

We will be cruising out of Norfolk and plan to drive to port but since it's a 7 hour drive, I prefer to leave one day prior and stay in hotel one night pre-cruise.  I have never been to Norfolk.
