My experience with Royal's Air2Sea service is...... absolutely horrible!!! I had booked flights thru A2S, but our outbound flight was cancelled due to weather. After staying on the phone with them for 2 hours, response was 'sorry, there is nothing we can do'. So we rented a car and drove 14 hours to Orlando. Upon our return home after the cruise, we have been waiting 2 months to get a refund. Every time I call RCCL, the response is 'we are waiting'. I have asked for a copy of the email that was sent to the airline, and was told, 'we cannot do that' I am at a point where I don't think I will ever see the refund. Conclusion: if everything goes well with the flight, terrific.. If there is a problem, do not expect to get a refund!. A2S is just a rip-off. Never again book thru A2S. Royal Caribbean should be ashamed. orbmis

Hello Everyone, During our recent cruises, I’ve always been able to speak with a single point of contact for our cruise planning. Recently, it seems there is no longer a way to contact a specific planner. I did appreciate that she was familiar with our dining preferences, cabin preferences, etc. Is anyone aware of any news regarding this service? Has it been cancelled? Is there an alternate way of reaching a specific planner? Thanks in advance for any assistance! Mike

I absolutely agree re: wall-mounted bathroom amenities in suites. There’s a significant up-charge to stay in a suite,, I would think new individual shampoo/conditioner bottles would be one of the benefits. Has cost cutting on RCCL brought us to this? <sigh>

Thanks for clearing that up… not sure what made me think it was permissible. Maybe, did I read that Diamonds could visit the suite lounge, even if they were NOT staying in a suite?

Hello, As a cruise guest staying in a grand suite for an upcoming cruise, I know I have access to the Concierge Lounge. But did I read somewhere that I also have access to the Diamond Lounge? Not certain, but for some reason I’m thinking I read it along the way. Thanks for the help! Mike
