I think there are some dining room picks of the Regal on the November 1st Regal cruise face book page.
-
Would love to know if anyone that has been on the Regal lately if they had late night happy hour.
-
Any happy hour updates on recent cruises??

I can only speak for the Grand that I just got off of, the BOGO $1 offer was at the Wheelhouse Bar at 9:30 every night; it has to be the same drink though. I don't drink at all, but the ones from my party who went said the prices are better than on land. For example, $7.50 vs. $13. One of my nieces bought a drink w/dinner every night as her treat because she felt the prices were affordable.
That's good to hear. Even if they do BOGO at nite only that's fine with me. When they had it twice a day there were maybe 1/3 of the people at the night happy hours than the day. It would seem smart to cancel the afternoon one and get people to spend money on drinks instead of going to bed.

Yeah No BOGO and high prices has forced us to smuggle our own booze on. Oh well. Saves us some money.

I hope they remodel like the Sunshine.

I hope the remodel like the Sunshine.

Ocean Medallion has been a flop. Pretty much dead in the water. (pardon the pun)

I may be wrong but isn't the seating area on the starboard side by Outriggers a smoking area also?
I could have sworn that I saw ash trays on the tables.
No. The smoking area is up one deck by the aft pool.

Hope they bring it back. Even if it is just the late one. They still make plenty of money with BOGO. I would stay up later for a couple cheaper drinks. Otherwise nighty night. I will spend ZERO.

Found it. Thanks Princess Cruise Lovers!!

No conspiracy theories. I don’t think it’s more cutbacks either. Just noticed they dropped the theatres. Hope something good as a replacement. I think the Guys smokehouse is an improvement over Red Frog Pub. Was on the Vista and we did like the theater tho. The showroom shows aren’t very good tho. They could use some improvements. Taking out the theater takes away an option if you don’t like what’s in the showroom.

They could sell more concessions if they put in a popcorn machine. Instead they sell prepackaged bags like chips. The smell alone of popping corn will drive people to the theatre.

So from the looks of the deck plans. They have eliminated IMAX and Thrill Theatre. That’s disappointing. We were in the Vista and loved both. Oh well.

Carnival is for people that want to have fun. Your parents like the fuddy Duddy line.
-
Yeah your mom is right. Carnival is horrible. That's why they are the largest cruise line on the planet.

We chose not to participate in activities too. We don't like to be on any kind of schedule. We met a lot of nice people. Most not on CC. CC is just a small percentage of those on board. Cabin crawls and slot pulls really aren't up our alley. Hope to run into some of you next year.

Love a chilled glass. Cigar City is real good.

Thirsty Frog is Horrible. Not even close to a real craft beer.

No tote Bag? No Big Deal
It's called a wine tasting..you get a taste.
After party champagne. Could care less.
No Morning trivia. Could care even less
Trivia prizes? Never play trivia.
Can't get a seat at the show. We go late. Tons of seats.

Choose Spendor if you like a rust bucket.
