“Twizy” from Current - wasn’t sure what that was. Googled it - it’s a tiny electric rental vehicle! Looks like so much fun!

Is the HoHo bus air conditioned?
No. It’s a double decker bus. The lower level was really hot. If you sit on top, bring a hat with a chin strap! Gets pretty breezy up there. Wear sun screen and bring water.

Just returned from NCL Sun’s 5/28sailing to Havana and Key West. Never felt unsafe in Havana. Used the HoHo bus, sat by a street cafe listening to music drinking mojitos, walked to Habana 61 restaurant for dinner, walked to the waterfront after and then took a private air conditioned car to the Tropicana.

Thank you for the info. We had already arranged this trip for last December. Life has its quirky ways so we postponed to this May to celebrate my birthday. At Platinum level, I’m experienced with cruises needing additional Plans. If someone does hear anything about changes to this cruise, I would love a heads up!

Concerned about the Sun being detoured this upcoming Monday (5/28). Hoped to celebrate my 70th birthday in Cuba! Already tendering in Key West which doesn’t tickle my heartstrings.
What are the odds we’ll end up in Nassau?
I know. Man plans - God laughs!

Are these available? Would love to try one on my May cruise on the Sun. Been watching an Australian series called “The Heart Guy.” Main character has ordered them so I’m intrigued!

The Holiday Inn is now where the Grand Lucayan and Memories are located. The casino was closed when I was there last January. Can she get in and out of a van? They should be able to put her wheelchair in the van. You could then take her to Port Lucaya where the Holiday Inn was. She'll probably remember Count Basie Square in Port Lucaya. It's $10 p/p round trip.

If you do rent a car in Freeport head to Bishop's for lunch after the National Park and Gold Rock Beach - http://bishopsresort.net/

National Forest where?

Low tide is the best time to beach it at Gold Rock. Freeport Harbor low tide is at 8:15 am. If you do go, I would head there first. Wear your bathing suits, bring towels, snacks, whatever. There are no facilities out there. Sometimes there's a woman selling sodas and snacks out of her car.

It's my sister's favorite wine. Is it available free by the glass?
Thanks in advance.

Scroll down to the "HO HO - Hop on hop off bus" posting. There's info about the bus that's near the port.

Kelsey Place - my grandmother lived there for about 20 years! Met a gal on a river cruise in Europe who not only lived in Madison but on the same street!! Small world...

Too funny. I grew up in Guilford. Childhood friend's grandparents had a summer cottage on Lee Way. Guilford has the Green! Madison has the beaches!

Don't remember the beach mini-vans. We were there a few years ago. We did have to wait awhile at King's Wharf to get a Warwick Long Bay bus. There were all heading to Horseshoe Bay. Of course, you can always take the trail from Horseshoe to Warwick!

Just a thought. We took the bus from King's Wharf to Warwick Long Bay. We then walked the trail to Horseshoe Bay. Pretty beaches to stop at along the way.

We're all correct! According to below site there are now 2 routes. T1 and T2 are combined for 10 CUC. T3 is 5 CUC. Scroll down a ways to see HO HO Bus info:
