  1. I cruised on Carnival Glory and Freedom previously...

I just got off the Norwegian Getaway on Sep 8 departure...I had a great time...

Carnival is more fore the younger and middle aged crowd...

NCL has activities for all ages...

I had a blast on NCL Getaway...

I will definitely cruise NCL again...

With NCL, it is more freestyle... You eat when you want and where you want...less formal dressing...

I love the way the ship is laid out...it's a huge ship....

I will coming back to Carnival in Feb just to use my certificate...

I tried Princess in Feb 2014... But I did not have as great a time as I have on NCL getaway....

Food was okay for Carnival and NCL...

  2. I am planning a solo on this trip.

The itinerary looks awesome as there is only one sea day.

Looking forward to visiting St Lucia, Barbados and StKitts.

I will be on another cruise with NCL in Sep. I will b visiting st Marteen.

I have been to St Thomas.

I enjoyed PuertoRico and st Thomas in 2011.

I will dread the long flight to Puerto Rico.

After that I will be in paradise.

  3. Has anybody cruise on Carnival Miracle?

I am wondering how the balcony rooms with obstructed view are?

Does one get to see anything at all?

Is it worth it to pay 200 more for obstructed view balcony room?

How much obstruction are the views?

It looks like they are blocked by life boats.

Which room is the better room ? Obstruction by mid life boat or end of life boat?

  4. Does anybody ever cruise on carnival with balcony cabins but has obstructed view?

It looks like. The lifeboats are in the way.

Do they really obstruct a lot of the views?

What rooms are the best with these kind of rooms?

Is it worth it to pay for balcony rooms with obstructed view?

  5. True...I was looking at the schedule...I will have to stay 2 nights in Miami ...but if think it will be cheaper then having to pay for another flight to Miami...

The precruise did not work as my friend and I plan to go Orlando ...

But from a big ship to a small ship...immediately... I will definitely feel the difference....

  6. Just wondering if anybody ever cruise 7 days on one then join another cruise right after the first?

    If so, is it advisable?

I am planning to go on a trip with ncl in sep.

Since I would already be in Miami , I thought maybe I would take another cruise a shorter one.

Then I won't have to fly back to Miami again soon.

I have a carnival voucher that I have to use by March 2015.

    What do u say?

But there are much nice itinerary.

  7. I was looking at the studio rooms.

Is it better to have the rooms back to back.

Or, is it better to have room between two corridors?

How is the sound proofing of the studio rooms?

I always see empty space between rooms. Is that storage room or just empty space?
