Like to ask all you regular carnival people why you prefer carnival to over the other cruise lines ,if you have cruised with others before?
-
hi ya its a side by side, going from Glory to Victory Ship. so i just leave and reenter then.
-
Hello all booked 2 cruises for Oct 24 2015 on Carnival Glory and one on Oct 31 2015 on the Victory. ask if anyone else here solo. looking to have fun and perhaps meet other nice people. Perhaps meet on here to maybe have a group to dine together? look to your kind reply

I know this this wishful thinking and not likely to happen
i am doing 2 cruises with Carnival B2b in october.
one ends and another starts same day.
i assume everyone has to get off the first ship like everyone else, no exceptions;?
no way i can just take another line and go right to waiting room? assume have to do security, checkin and immigration like all the rest of them, thanks
-
i found a name of a few other transfer companies, i did all booking individually. if i am scrapped for time I will bite the bulltet and taxi it from Port of miami to FLL. at least i get there.
-
noticed on my Carnival cruise portal, they talk about the online shopping for wine etc. i know prices are quite inflated? for the alcohol is that all duty free? so if i buy it from them? i don't see it till end of cruise? or can i buy some wine from them and have them leave bottle in my room on first day?
-
thanks for tip on Carnival transfers. i won't use them then.
-
hi I'm staying a few days prior and i did same thing last year, but i flew out of MIA after my cruise - found there was enough time to get to airport. thanks though
-
do i select CHECK IN now as i don't cruise till oct 24th?
-
SO on last last on November 5th. I fly from FLL to Toronto at 1145 am
i was trying to book transfer direct from Carnival.com
but says earliest is 12pm to 6pm?
is 12pm only time they do the shuttle service?
as wel l do i have enough time on disembarkation at 8am to get to a flight at 1150am at FLL
this is from Port of Miami

oh nice so i paid for everything then. i guess I'm ready then
-
how far before cruise can on print out the boarding passes and luggage tags? is it -30 days? prior?
-
thanks now of all 3 ruins, what one gives a good view of history for area. if the other 2 are far away and full day trip, are they worth the trip as in is there much to see for a quality reasonable amount of time? or am i best just to see the ones closer?
-
so doing a cruise to here as this port later in October to belize
i was looking at the trips to Maya Ruins
i understand there is a tender from ship
how long of a day trip this be
how long of a bus ride from port area is it to the ruins and return. i assume this is like a full day when u factor in the tender to and from boat
how many hours should factor in
also suggestions of good local outfitter to us vs cruise line

Just a question when one uses the on deck hot tub or pool. where do you normally leave your cruise card, or towels or other clothes?
-
so last time i did a cruise i went on board with my luggage as i didnt know where to drop my bags off. Went well actually as cabins were ready early
i am curious when you get ot that port such as Port of Miami. where is the place you drop your bags off? all i saw was some strange guys with luggage carrier things and didnt know what they were doing?
how does that work and how do they know where to bring yoru bags? what info do you give?
-
so if i were to go ashore on own. would it be wise i could just wait in my cabin an extra 30 minutes then then just board. i won't have to actually stand in any big line then?
-
Does Carnival have the option to read cruise information or book things off the TV in the Cabins, i will be on an older ship the Glory and then Victory. just wondering
or do you have to book things the old fashioned way? phone or walking all way to guest services?
-
SO looks liked Faster WAy to Fun plan is sold out , so i cant get it.
Now i am doing a cruise with Port in Belize. I heard its a tender and the people with platium etc get priority to port.
So for an average person, how long would i have to wait to get on the tender then once ship docks out at sea? are there many tenders that come and go? or will i be waiting a long time? could i speed up process booking a direct cruise excursion? thanks
-
how long of ride on average to shore from ship? as well how do they determine who goes first to shore?
-
On Carnival, do they have coffee maker in the cabins?
Also what is stocked in the liquer cabinets? thanks

What type of music do they play on the top deck of the ship. When i was on NCL last year. All i heard was the top 40 being played all day, over and over and over.
-
are you allowed to bring bags of chips on the ship though? if yes, how much allowed?
