Thanks so much for your top ten dides. :D

Oh, I forgot about the new mattresses, I shall look forward to the new beds then too. :p

I just noticed you were on the Crown the week before I was last year. Ours is the sailing that returned due to the noro outbreak but I think there were more sick passengers on your sailing. Did you escape the wrath?
I think I am looking at your sail dates correctly. Ours was 2/3/12.
OMG we were almost on the Crown together. :D
I didn't get norovirus, but my partner did, he was ill on the Grand the following week. I am a fastidious hand washer.
Despite the illness, we still have a wonderful time on both ships.

I'm guessing that I'll be spending a lot of time in the Piazza people watching. It just looks so incredible to me.
-
I think that the interior design of the ship is absolutely stunning and beautiful. I cannot wait to step into the Piazza to be wowed.
The food options are incredible and I'm excited to try the various options including the Horizon Court which I usually avoid on other ships.
I'm also looking forward to the Retreat pool, it looks so nice and with so many loungers including many in the shade.
For me, the positives far outweigh the few negatives.
Gracie, don't let the negative posts get you down about the ship.
-
I suspect it is for the Cabana which has space for two people each with their own lounger.
-
I wouldn't, but I suspect there are quite a few who would.
-
I've never had much interest in Alaska but now that I've seen some of your photos, I do want to see Alaska. Thanks for the ongoing review and photos, please keep them coming.

I still order the lobster, even if it was frozen, it can often be fine. But the large shrimp are really great.

Love your live from Pia! Thanks for taking the time out of your cruise to post it.:)
-
You're very welcome Pia, glad to help since you're always helping others.
As well, you get two tub chairs instead of just one like in other mini suites. I really loved that cabin, the only negative was the noise from rough seas as the waves struck the hull. I found it bothered my sleep, but it probably wouldn't bother most people.

I do, I had a window mini suite I think on the Coral. The photos are on my laptop which is at work. If no one has posted them by tomorrow, I can when I'm back at work.

Thanks for posting that Largin!

Are the Caribe balconies larger on the Crown Princess also? If not, which are the largest and/or most sought after balconies on the Crown?
Yes they are, as they are on any of the Grand class ships. Grand/Golden/Star/Caribbean/Crown/Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire/Diamond.

Found this photo.

I haven't seen that is some time, unfortunately.

Lovely photo, enjoy your cruise :D

This one should work from Princess' Facebook page.

There are photos of the model on the internet, I'm trying to see if they are on another site that I can link to here.

Here are new photos of the new Royal Princess model photos from Cruise Shipping Miami Conference. :D

I wanted to hotline the photos here but couldn't for some reason.
And darn, the link won't save properly. CC won't let me link to that website for some reason, sorry.

Are there any photos of the new areas like One5 that have been posted? I'd love to see more photos of the Grand post dry dock.

Quite the list Gracie, I'm also looking forward to using the new gym facilities, especially the interactive cardio equipment where you can race the computer in a simulated race against others. :D Although after a few days of eating at all the new eateries, I'll probably lose.:(:p
