I think the reason I haven't drank liquor without mixers is because I have not had top shelf. So I'm excited to try some on the rocks too see if I like it.

Thanks everyone. I have had some very bad tequilas and some amazing ones. I think I will know the difference. Just because o do t know names doesn't mean I won't know.

We bought the Cheers package for our cruise next week. I'm not a big drinker but want to get top shelf liquor in my drinks, because I can. Do I just tell the bartender that I want top shelf or do I ask for it by name? If I have to ask for it by name will you guys help me out and give me names of what I should ask for. 🍸

Hope this helps...Lady I work with got what she said was a great massage for $25 for an hour. She does not remember the complete name of the place, but said the name had facials & massage in it and is on Lopez street.

I know we get one once you are red and have a couple with the suite but didn't know that they came with a balcony room as well.

I believe so. I received 4 bottles on my last cruise in Sept.

You don't have to unless you want to eat in the MDR. There are lots of places to take pictures also, we use that night for family pictures.

The room could possibly be ready but that doesn't mean you can enter unless you are Diamond, Platinum or FTTF.

Looks like I'm keeping FTTF!! Thanks for posting this.

We were upgraded to a suite on our last cruise. Before we were upgraded, I had purchased FTTF and was able to get rid of it. You get on Carnival Cruises in this order: Wedding Parties, Platinum, Diamond, Suite and FTTF. All of these people get the shorter lines on board as well (if you have any questions). For all of these categories your cabin is guaranteed to be ready when you board! Hope you enjoy your suite, we loved ours and are very spoiled now. My husband used to be willing to do an inside cabin, after the suite, the least he wants when we cruise is a balcony! :):cool:

Oh man....I was trying to find something that would tell me that the room would be ready when we arrived and priority line for guest service was included with a suite. But everything I found said no. I even searched CC but there were a million different answers. LOL And I didn't really want to ask that question again. :) Maybe I will get rid of my FTTF. If I can. :/

I did the same thing. I purchased FTTF with my suite. I would show up early and once the ship is cleared by customs, Diamond and Platinum will board then suites. Sometimes in Long Beach we are on before noon when they say boarding starts at 12:30. :) Enjoy your cruise!!
