OK, I need some help here because I'm very confused. Earlier, I called the Captain's Club line and booked a 4-device premium package with my Elite discount. They insisted that it was 30% off the full price, not 30% off the pre-cruise web price (i.e. no stacking of discounts). I tried hanging up and calling back and was told the same thing, so I just relented and paid the price they quoted. I ended up calling the regular reservation line later about a separate issue with the booking. While I was talking with the agent, she noticed I'd booked a 4-device internet package. She wanted to make sure I understood that meant I could use up to 4 different devices in total over the course of the cruise (e.g. cell phone, partner's cell phone, tablet, and laptop) but that only 1 of those 4 devices could be connected at a time (so no using both my cell phone and my laptop simultaneously). Can someone tell me if this is correct? The whole point of getting a 4-device plan was so I could share with my sister, brother, and sister-in-law in other cabins but I pay for everyone (since I get the Elite discount).

She said she wanted to make sure I was aware that when it says "4 devices" it means I can use up to 4 different devices (e.g. my cell phone, tablet x 2, laptop) to log in over the course of the cruise ), but only 1 of those 4 devices can be on the internet at a time. Is this correct? It seems absurd to pay ~$140 for each additional device and not be able to use them simultaneously. I wanted to have 4 devices so my sister, brother, and sister-in-law in other cabins can use my login but I pay for everyone.
