  1. We also had that experience in Heathrow, the longest immigration line ever.    We were all shuffled to one line, no global entry or Business Class line.    Didn’t enjoy this after being on a red eye flight.    We are going thru Brussels this time and they do have a different line for Business Class and you can also buy a pass for the expedited line for 12€ .

  2. The Spa Suites are far removed from any other cabins.   On the small ships there is no elevator so you must walk up a winding staircase unless you use the chair lift.   Our cabins were serviced twice a day and we were happy.    We did not order room service but I am confident it would have been delivered if we asked.   The Ovation and Encore have elevators to the five spa suites but you are still isolated, once your room is serviced you won’t see your cabin attendants until evening turn down.    We saw our attendants on other decks but they were not servicing the other Penthouse Suites on the same deck.

That's a good suggestion for all as I don't recall being aware of that but will certainly keep it in mind. I will say on our Edge B2B TA my wife filled out the first leg survey noting the lack of choices in the ships store (clothing) and the entire staff, to include management, fell all over her to try and rectify any issues. Our dedicated Butler and the Retreat Concierges even knew about it and followed up.

How did they get extra clothing in the store.   I didn’t know they could add stock during a cruise.

  4. Whether it was held or not before the pandemic had more to do with the number of Elite and over guests.   On Repositioning cruises it included more than half of the passengers making it too large to accommodate in one venue.   Celebrity then have drink coupons.

  5. Is there an email for the longshoremen responsible for this disaster?    They have a strong union and get paid well.   It’s their mistake, make them pay for it.    It would be much better if Cunard was allowed to load/unload their own baggage but that is against Union rules.

  6. You are on a new ship, the Apex, where there are entirely too many sky suites.   If even 50% ordered room service breakfast, the staff was overwhelmed.    Celebrity has generated this problem by having too many sky suites and not enough staff.    I didn’t realize that Zenith cruises also had access to the special seats in the theater in addition to the Retreat Lounge.   Do they also get fee room service.
