Dr Koob, I loved every minute reading of your adventures during your Vista cruise from Montreal to Miami as well as your stunning photos(which I accessed on your website)! I’m looking forward to your final review of your trip especially your comments on your meals as we get excited about our April 2004 cruise from Rome to Valletta on Vista.
I might offer a suggestion regarding the Enterprise fiasco you endured. Contact their Corporate office and ask for a total refund. I had one unsatisfactory experience when I booked an Enterprise car while visiting our son in Boston then drove to New Haven to see our daughter. The car seemed fine but when in New Haven getting gas with my daughter we discovered a family of spiders in the car. I called Enterprise and they brought me another ca, then reversed all the charges (as they should) without me requesting the credit. Other than that we’ve always been pleased with their customer service especially when we decided to drive the family to Florida from Ohio for a wedding and they didn’t didn’t have the class of SUV we had reserved when we arrived to pick it up but they upgraded our SUV to a brand new Land Rover with only 7 miles on it!
