Not sure what’s it called but how do I find out if casino gave us any credits to spend at the casino. Last cruise we received 100.00. We collected it in the casino. Is there a specific number I can call ? Any help appreciated

Just booked a casino deal for Jan 15 on The Regal. I need to take a chance and submit a stockholder credit. Do they have an email I can send it to ? Does anyone have a form they can post ? Are my chances good of getting the 100.09 in time? Thanks!
