Are the smoothies available all day? I read that they are in the solarium, is that the only location?

Love the video! Thank you for sharing it. I might just watch it again....and again...lol!

This will be our first time on RCI. If we purchase the lounge chair for 2 "excursion" do we become eligible for priority tender tickets?
-
Curious -
If we have a reservation, but walk up and happen to get on the Northstar earlier on our cruise - do we then forfeit our reservation?
-
You Just have to give him your card.
Thank you!

I am purchasing the non-alcohol beverage package - my husband is not. If he is kind enough to go and get me a smoothie to bring to the cabin will they serve it to him or do I physically have to get it myself?

I have heard others mention about a balcony hammock. I located it on Amazon, with the recommended S hooks. On a standard balcony - Anthem - what would the hooks attach to?

Thanks everyone! I am going to print this and bring it with us - lots of great ideas!

I am curious about the silent party - what makes it so much fun? I know that there are headphones - but that is all I know.

I am enjoying your review - keep 'em coming!! Thanks!

I have a full set from the December 27, 2015 New Year's Cruise. I am technologically challenged so do not know how too upload, but I can scan and email a few to you if you give me your email addresses.
Yes please! debhal229 @ yahoo . com (I spread it out as I think the system doesn't accept it otherwise....but of course it's all one line)
Thanks! Weekend reading!!

I signed up our travel partners for both of these activities. If they do not show up - do I get charged the $25 fee or do they? They are not very tech oriented, so I am a bit concerned.

I took the spin classes on the Anthem last year. They were only offered on sea days and they were fabulous. Be sure to sign up in advance as they had a wait list. Bring your cycling shoes for sure. Of course you can always buckle in regular sneakers as well.
Thank you Andrew!

My DH is in to spinning class. Does anyone have experience with the ones on the ship? He is wondering whether he would bring his spinning shoes that he uses for his classes at home. (I have never been to a class)

The smoothies look great - are the only in the solarium bar - or does 270 have them too?

We like to have lunch in the main dining room on embarkation day and at the end of lunch (jokingly) say "I'll get the check" and then smile because there's no checks to pick up for many meals ahead!

Hi - does anyone have the compass for the bahamas 7 day cruise? Thank you!

Thank you everyone - nice to know that there are options in so many different areas of the ship! Great information. I can hardly wait!

I eat gluten free and was on Anthem in September.
If you are eating in the buffet go to the very back of the ship, that is designated gluten free. They will make eggs for you in the morning and there is gluten free bread available. Every afternoon I'd head back there for a gluten free dessert, usually some type of meringue, but I thought they were very good.
In café 270 they have special gluten free sandwiches, just ask. The first time there I asked for a panini and they made one for me. The next time I asked they told me no because they are made on the same grill as the regular sandwiches, so cross contamination if that's an issue for you.
At the pizzeria you can ask for a gluten free pizza, you'll have to wait while they make it for you but it was decent.
Back then for dinner there isn't a mdr so you rotated restaurants with different servers and menus. We at both the Grand and Silk one time each and ate the rest of the time in the specialty restaurants. I always told my waiter my dietary issue and I always had great service and never had a problem.
Enjoy, I'd cruise on Anthem again in a hearbeat!
Thanks - sounds wonderful!!

A simple search goes a long way
Gee - thanks - but that thread was more focused on the problems encountered. My question is directed at the options available on board. I'll keep in mind your thoughtful suggestion

We are new to RCI. Does anyone have recent experience with gluten free options? We are going on the Anthem in March.

The menus on Anthem have all just changed. They are now serving the same dinner in all 4 free restaurants with new menus each night. One cruiser on a 7 day just posted all of his menus from last week on facebook. Might be worth checking out to see what nights you want to dine where.
Where on Facebook did you find the menus?
When are luggage tags available to print?
in Royal Caribbean International
