  1. I was very excited to hear this news. As a chef I've been very honored to get to know Dario Cecchini and have done a few pork and beef fabrication seminars with him here in the states and have also spent time with him at his shop in Panzano and eaten 3 times at his restaurants in Panzano as well. He is just a joy to be around and I love the restaurants so it will be fun to see how this restaurant is on Sun Princess.
  2. This has so much to do with the individual but for us it is well worth it. I enjoy quite a lot of specialty coffee and we partake in plenty of cocktails and wines and more importantly it allows us to try some different drinks without the thought of "what if we don't care for it" which really make the vacation enjoyable and stress free. Certainly if one does not drink alcohol I think the deal goes right out the door, but again, it really depends on the person and to figure in your mind what you are going to use and how much.
  3. We always do Maya Chan in Costa Maya and are signed up once again for our December cruise. Absolutely love the place.
  4. The twice baked goat cheese soufflé has always been my favorite (I've managed to have it up to 4 times on a cruise, even on nights it is not on the menu). I also love their breads, French Onion Soup, and a number of their pastries in the International Cafe.
