We are using RCI's air to sea and transportation to ship. Do I put the ship luggage tags on before the flight or after claiming luggage at baggage claim? I have sturdy plastic cabled wired holders for tags. Thanks for help!

Several years ago, I left my medication tote behind the desk mirror. I called RCI in Miami and they told me they would check lost and found when the ship returned to Miami. They found it, called to let me know and then mailed it back to me at no charge!
