Are we allowed to bring 2 bottles of wine on board on embarkation day? If so, does that apply for a 3 day cruise as well?

Looks like a great area. Your suite is on a bump out so should be a great view and is close to the elevator/stairs. It does have a pole on the balcony (to the right of the red arrow) that some are concerned about being an obstruction, but I personally do not think it would be bothersome to me. It appears that the bed will face the non-pole side of the balcony and it appears that chairs can be placed so that it is not obstructive. Enjoy your suite and the sweet suite life!
Thank you so much. So fast and a lot of info. Wow!

10203 please?

Like vtcruising, I too pre-booked the Specialty Restaurants for the venues, dates and times I wanted. I used a $300 OBC so my out of pocket cost was $30 for Eden, Rooftop Grill and the Petit Chef.
It’s a personal decision, but I did not want to risk being shut out of the restaurants I prefer and stuck with others I don’t want to go to.
Maybe I'll cancel it and book them separately. Even though I'm in a suite, it still is the poor cousin of suites.

You will need to book onboard. I recommend going to the booking table outside of the Ocean View Cafe as soon as you board with a list of restaurants, dates and times. The sooner you book, the better your chance of getting what you want. They also sometimes have a table set up in the area where you board for specialty dining. Sounds like you will be eating well!:D
So I can't book it on line before the cruise? Then, what's the advantage? I'm in a S2 Sky Suite. Chances are by the time I board everything will be gone ... Maybe I should cancel.

I just purchased 5 night specialty dining package for my cruise in February. How does it work? When can I book what restaurants I want?

Kayaking excursion.
My video:
Great video. Thanks for sharing it.

That's nice... however that's the last thing I need when on a cruise.

Are there any more pictures?

Thank you for the pictures

6 consecutive days on Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line escaping hurricane Irma out of West Palm Beach.

TV's started working late afternoon yesterday.
We did receive $100 of refundable OBC per person for 3 days of no TV. As we would of rather had the television working but Princess did step to the plate to make an apology/restitution.
I'm happy for you :)

I just signed up this morning and I'm number 1389. Very curious about this ship.

Just received an email that our cabin on the 11/26 Regal cruise would not have the new technology.
My cabin on the 11/13 cruise was not chosen either. I wished Princess had told me that before final payment. The only reason to book this cruise was to experience the new technology. I've already cruised on the Regal and I've been to Nassau too many times.

Yes if you consume in your stateroom and they are no larger than 750 ml. From the Alchohol Policy FAQ on the Princess website:
As provided in the Passage Contract, guests agree not to bring alcoholic beverages of any kind onboard for consumption, except one bottle of wine or champagne per adult of drinking age (no larger than 750 ml) per voyage, which will not be subject to a corkage fee if consumed in the stateroom. Additional wine or champagne bottles are welcome, but will incur a $15 corkage fee each, irrespective of where they are intended to be consumed. Liquor, spirits or beers are not permitted. Please remember that luggage will be scanned and alcohol outside of our policy will be removed and discarded
Thank you. I just wasn't sure if that applied on a 2 night only.

Does anyone know if we are allowed to bring 1 bottle of wine of champagne per person on the 2 night cruise?
-
Believe we are supposed to receive the Medallions about 4 weeks before the cruise (we are on the Regal on November 13th and the subsequent cruise). It's all gone very quiet though - no special emails other than to say our itinerary is staying the same and to booking dining reservations.
Sandra
Were you able to book specialty restaurant for Monday? I could only do it for Tuesday...
-
I'll be on the Regal on November 13 and still haven't received anything...

I see birdtravels answered most of your questions, totally agree the sky is a party boat. You will have a great time. IMO NCL is the best for solo travel. The bigger ships have the solo cabins, but the treatment of the solo traveler is the same, no issues with dining alone or with others, the choice is yours, plenty to do and enjoy.
Regarding Havana, there was some damage from Irma but nothing severe. The tunnel under Havana Bay was closed due to flooding which required some excursions to be modified but again, nothing serious. Great Stirrup Cay was unaffected, beautiful island, all amenities available.
I was inspired by the people of Cuba. They are so hopeful for opportunities. Bring US dollars, 1s and 5s, share freely directly to the people.

I am leaving to Cuba on Monday, Sept. 25. Would you please share more of your Cuban experience? What excursions did you take? How does Havana look like regarding hurricane Irma? Any review would help. Thank you.

Take a look at the storm track. It's pretty far east of the northern Bahamas.
It can change in a heartbeat. West Palm Beach was bull's eyes for Hurricane Irma and all of a sudden it veered to the west coast.

Yes, I feel similarly regarding NCL.
