The following will only add to the confusion of when ticketing will take place! Transatlantic booked for next March. Final payment just paid today. Booked EZair about 6 weeks ago. Air Canada outbound, Westjet for the return. A week or so later decided to check the airline sites. Imagine my surprise to find Westjet ticketed and able to select and pay for seats, but not the case with AC. I had not requested early ticketing. Nothing like consistent inconsistency.

Check you flight detail in the Travel Summary. If ticketed, ticket numbers will be there.

Despite it being a Delta flight number, you will be on a Westjet plane, hence the problem. Doubt you will have any luck with Westjet, but let us know if Delta is more helpful.

If your flights are with Air Canada or Westjet, you cannot book seats through EZAir. The airlines do not allow it. Using the airlines locator number, not the Princess EZAir locator number, go to the airline website and having accessed your booking, you should be able to select seats for a fee.

Sounds like you only hecked one account? You need to check both your accounts, including your partner's.

Have cruises booked on the Diamond at the end of the year over the holidays. This is a sister ship to the Sapphire which does have an Int'l Cafe on deck 5, but the same location on the Diamond is the Shore Excursion desk. For those that have been on the Diamond, is there an equivalent to the Int'l cafe somewhere, or is Horizon Court the next best option.
