We will also be on the Regal January 2017 eastern Caribbean. It has been years since we sailed with Princess. We booked a high aft cabin. I have never heard of UBD. Can someone explain it to me? Thanks.

We booked an aft penthouse suite. Going in January. Looks fabulous with a Hugh balcony. Hope it will be great.

Wow, I think that is the smallest balcony I have ever seen. Luckily, we booked an aft penthouse suite....has a Huge balcony. Have not been on a Princess for years. Hoping the Regal will be a great cruise. Going in February.

Has anyone recently come off the Regal Princess? If so, how was it...specialty restaurants? Thanks.

We have a Penthouse suite being held on the Riveria, and an Aft penthouse suite held on the Regal Princess. I know these are two completely different types of experiences. We have cruised 50+ times. The Aft cabin is Hugh and the balcony is amazing on the Regal. The Riveria cabin looks lovely, but from pictures I have seen the balcony is narrow and unimpressive. I love the elegant nature of the Riveria, but ( as the poster of this thread mentioned) am concerned about not much to do onboard. This is for the Eastern Caribbean in Dec. any thoughts? Anyone been on the Regal? Thanks.

We booked a PH aft suite on the Dolphin deck. It looks amazing. We are surprised that there are not more perks with this category suite. On the Allure of the seas, we had a crown loft suite that included wonderful perks...like reserved seating for shows.....our own dining room and bar that included free liquor, private cabanas on a private pool deck with our own service person, and much more......same price! I feel Princess should update their perks for the height category suites.

Thanks for your replies. We booked D726 today....the only OS left for the Jan 22 sailing ( unless another one becomes available on a higher deck) . For those of you who are repeat passengers, our cabin is on the Dolphin deck which is deck 9. Should we try to go for a higher deck if another OS becomes available? Thanks.

We are considering booking an aft penthouse suite D726 on the Regal Princess. Past reviews talked about soot issues on the balconies. Has anyone here been in these cabins or know how if the soot issue has currently been resolved?

Hi, we are considering booking a December cruise on the Allure and booking a crown loft suite 1746 to be exact. Has anyone recently been on this ship and in this category cabin? Can you please tell me your experience and review? Thanks. Looking for a recent review, many I have read are from years ago.
