  1. We plan to arrive 2 days before cruise and want to see some classic French quarter stuff and have beignets. Tourist stuff. Not worried about hotel cost as much as finding a great location. I can't walk extremely long distances so need to be central to the good stuff!

  2. I wouldn't travel without it. Last year we left for Orlando on a tues for our Saturday $3500 Disney cruise. By the time we landed my daughter was violently ill. Throwing up, etc. ended up in hospital on if fluids by thurs. had to cancel the cruise sat morning as she was a mess with a super flu that attacked her urinary tract and caused a massive infection. Had we not had insurance I would have had ac$9500 hospital bill and lost the cruise money. Insurance paid the works. We only lost our airfare.

  3. I was just watching a youtube video of the carnival dream - I am 'this close' to booking - making sure its the right ship for us - I am taking my DD 18 for grad gift and its her first cruise as an adult and not in teen clubs- so wanting to book a spa room and make it a relaxation vaca of spa and laying in the adult area....BUT...

Just saw a sign on the video that said 21 and over for serenity???

Is it still like this? WHy not 18 and over? If this is the case with carnival, they just lost my booking.
