  1. Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy: The Broadway Hit

Guests of Norwegian Cruise Line will now have another dazzling entertainment experience to take in this summer on some of the line's newest ships. Norwegian is expanding the one-of-a-kind theatrical dining experience Cirque Dreams & Dinner to Norwegian Getaway for her summer season in Europe, as well as debuting a new dining format and must-see show elements of the popular Cirque Dreams & Dinner experiences on Norwegian Breakaway beginning March 5 and on Norwegian Epic starting April 14. Featuring all-new menus, the custom reimagined shows will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy their gourmet dinner prior to the start of the entertainment extravaganza. Once coffee and dessert are served, the show will commence and transport guests into a fantastical world of breathtaking acrobatics, marvels, wonders and dreams under a colorful big top.

    • Price Per Person: $39.99 USD

  2. We were on the 1/31-2/7 sailing as well and I do agree with some points. It was a bit crowded and there were quite a few obnoxious people. We didn't like walking thru 678 either but found it worst on the casino level.

Our experience changed greatly when my husband fell on the deck by the pool 24 hours where it wasn't maintained while walking and dislocated his shoulder. Our pace had to slow quite a bit and he had to be careful for his shoulder which still today is in the sling (and expected for 2 more weeks) plus 3-4 months rehab. Some people were very aware and others openly slammed into him. :(

  3.

ROOM & STEWARD: Room 10140 Balcony. I can't say enough about our room steward. He knew our names from day one. His name was Awayan (well, that's what his nametag said and his name on our TV)

    Loved the review, thanks!!!

Curious if you know the rooms he covered? We are sailing in just over a week and are at the other end of the hall - wondered if we'd be so lucky to already know something about our steward. :)

  4. We are considering changing our Kayak tour to a small cabana rental.

The price however to us seems to have gone up by $50-100.

Do the prices ever go back down for these or are we at the best we are going to get.

We sail in 2 weeks Sunday.

    Thanks!

  5. As far as I know, you can purchase the soda package for a single person once you get on the ship! They will have desks set up in the Garden Café where you can sign up.

    Ooh I hope that's true!

I did notice when I tried to buy it on the website it didn't force me to buy for the kids. It wasn't an option even unless I went all oddly about finding it. It wasn't easy to find I guess I mean.

I haven't bought yet though because I'm similar though both hubby & I would our kids would not.

  6. We've been trying to pay whatever we can, since all is at our May booking exchange. $1.11. Will have to look into the gift cards! We were happily surprised at what our cruise ended up being for the room when we booked, we had expected much more given the exchange.

Are you able to turn that OBC cards into real cash? To take on excursions?? How do most ppl do this from Canada?

We are first time cruisers and have only really gone where we use our CC always like Disney. We will be bringing some cash of course but I am curious what's best way. I saw you can have travelers checks cashed?
