There are lots of strikes going on with the railway and underground union. I think with 4 people and luggages, it would be best to arrange a car transfer.

We were on this cruise back in 2019. The highlight for us is Lofoten island. We went a private photo tour of the island. Most amazing scenery. You could also hire a car to drive around for a day as the road condition is very good and essentially one one major road through the island.
