Who knows, then. You may get lucky again on the Voyager. 😉
fingers crossed,

Then a mistake was made. You should have had access to the Concierge Lounge on Deck 9 and no other Lounge.
We went into DL a few times,
we preferred the CL during happy hours as DL was chockers every night.

The Diamond Lounge is usually reserved for Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle guests. Suite guests have access to the Suite or Concierge Lounge. Of course if you are Diamond or above sailing in a full suite, you would have access to both. Enjoy.
thank you for your reply.
we were Emerald staying in a GS

G'day Guys,
We were in a GS on Radiance for a Xmas & NYE cruise and we had access to the DL.
Would like to know if the above DL access is fleet wide(especially on Voyager our next cruise) for suite guests(GS)
Cheers

was on Ovation for NYE last year to NZ, just an awesome ship, just do it and enjoy 😁

For every bad review, there are at least a few thousand people on that same cruise who had a great cruise but didn't bother to do a review.
-
if you want to got dressed up, then go for it, if not it doesn't matter.
I wear a suit everyday for work so don't want to put one on when I'm on holidays.
but hey, that's just me!

Coastal Kitchen was phenomenal! I had read some mixed reviews so I didn't plan to go as much as I did. I wish we had eaten there every night! The menu changed daily and service was just ridiculously good. Ask for the waited named Inout (Johnny) from Romania. He was so attentive and eager to please. We didn't want for anything when in the Coastal Kitchen.
Agree 100% CK is awesome - we did not eat in the MDR at all on a 10 night cruise!
Be prepared to ONLY travel in a GS from now on!

Another quick tip to avoid lining up for stuff eg Flowrider.
keep an eye on channel 41(Ovation views) scrolls thru web cams on ship
I kept checking when in room, when i saw only 2 x kids in line, a got down there pretty quick, had 3 goes in less than 15 mins

We just sailed on the Harmony and were extremely pleased with the Coastal Kitchen & Suite Lounge.
I was wondering if there are any plans to expand these areas to other ships besides the current ones.
Was on Ovation for NYE cruise in a GS, CK was awesome, SL was sensational & never crowded sailing out of Sydney.:):)

was on Ovation out of Sydney in a GS, sea passes & WOW bands were in the room.
I never took my WOW band off for the whole 10 nights,
DW preferred her sea pass as she loves those blingy lanyards.

Gday Guys,
Did the Ovation NYE cruise from Sydney, awesome!

Looking forward to cruising on Ovation in February.
Has anyone used the Royal iQ?
I've downloaded the app in readiness, thinking it would be handy.
yep - for sure, used it everyday :):)

Well perhaps it was unique to your cruise or itinerary as that is not a common occurrence in my experience.
In relation to the overcrowding of CL & DL..
I was on Ovation out of Sydney for the NYE cruise in a grand suite (I'm Platinum)
The concierge lounge was awesome, floor to ceiling windows looking at our wake, simply sensational. :)
Never did I not have a choice of many seats, had a look into Diamond Lounge several times, loads of empty seats, always.
There are so many more people & therefore many more D+ & Pinnacles in USA
Australia 26 million - USA 300+ Million?
I believe there were 120 D+ with I think only 1 Pinnacle on this cruise of 4100 people
Would love to cruise the Caribbean sometime but with all of the overcrowding CL & DL makes me think twice!

Was on Ovation recently in the Schooner bar one night drinking a Long Island Ice Tea. Mavel from the CL worked there at night, saw me and said I can make you those upstairs in the CL. Next afternoon she quickly had one ready for me when I arrived for pre-dinner drinks. Was better put together and even looked better than the Schooner bar drink. Now that's great service.

We did the Ovation NYE cruise & yes Mavel was awesome..:)

I am not a fan of these type charters at all, we booked a cruise for my birthday next may and now we have found out that SOUTHS NRL side have a huge group of supporters coming on with past players and such. How to bring down the tone, any football side would be bad but the Rabbitohs are feral.:(
OMG - the only way that could get any worse is if there were some Manly & Melbourne supporters on-board also!! :):)
Cya on Ovation in 10 days!

Hi Craig.
Simple solution....This is what I do... Click on User CP...go to edit options and uncheck show signatures....Easy
That way the pages load much faster as well. If you want to see someones sig, just click on their name and you can check the profile and view all postings...:)
Legend!!!
thank you I would never have found out that by myself!

Gday Guys,
Love the CC forums, plenty of great information.....BUT!!
I really hate having to scroll through some of the ridiculously long signatures, some in here are 50 or 60 lines long...
including every cruise that they have ever done, plus their status for each cruise line, the countdown to their next 4 cruises, plus a "qwerky" statement at the end...
Does anyone really care about a cruise you did in 1986?
When a thread has 6 or 7 pages of replies, i rekon at least 4 pages are just of signatures..
Interested to see what other people think.
Cheers

1 pint of Boddingtons at todays exchange rate is $3 :D:D
Oh dear...Not Boddingtons..:D
-
the problem i found with the sea bands is that every time you look at them on your wrists, it makes you think about getting seasick!!
I took one tablet on the first day of our last cruise on Radiance, was nice & smooth sailing so didnt take any more.

Gday Guys,
Do you remember Andrew Ettingshausen who played league for the Sharks & now has a fishing show called Escape with ET?
ET in conjunction with a compounding chemist make up his own formula to stop seasickness.
google ET seasick tablets.
I have been using them for years never been sick since taking them.
$20 for 10 tablets, they deliver too.
I wish I had shares in them...:)
Cheers

Do suite guests have access to DL on Voyager of the Seas?
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Is that fleetwide or does it vary from ship to ship?
