  1. Does anyone know if they enforce the time of the parking reservation? I just went and looked at the website and the time states 12:00 p.m. We were looking to already be on the ship by then.
  2. Interested to know also when OP reserved their passes. I hope the OP comes back with more details. I truly feel for the OP and everyone else affected, especially those that would not have gone on that cruise without a secured Vibe pass.
  3. If that is actually the case, I wonder what the perimeter was for choosing whose passes to cancel?
  4. Did you call or try to book online? We were able to secure passes for two 2025 cruises by calling.
  5. Interested to know how you decided to handle it and then how did NCL handle it?
  6. Blankets, hot chocolate, coffee and blankets.........I am definitely happy we already secured our passes.
  7. Like everyone else that replied, I too, would not be happy at all. The Vibe is a big part of our cruising and we have no desire to be on a large ship without the sanctuary of the Vibe. I hope NCL makes good of your situation and does the right thing. Sorry this happened to you.
  8. Thank you for sharing your experience regarding the Vibe for an Alaskan cruise. As Vibe lovers, we reserved passes for our extended family Alaskan cruise in early June 2025.

  10. Here we go again.........wondering if you ever stated in the Vibe? It is still worth every penny to us. We always hit the Vibe after getting back to the ship everyday.
  11. I think this is a great answer from someone who has experienced being the third passenger. When our two young adult children were teenagers, we always booked the then called mini suite with large balcony. They were always free as 3rd and 4th passengers. Was it tight, yes. Was it very affordable, yes. We had years of practice by then of sharing space in a hotel room. At the time, affordability was more important to us than more room.

  14. Yes, the sparkling wine also. However, I do not believe any perks regarding boarding earlier. Want to add that my family really love these cabins. When we are not booked in the Haven, these are our go to cabins, and we will be staying in one next month.
  15. Correct. It is a much nicer bathroom. For us, the $200 is worth it. It also comes with one bag of free laundry, two snacks deliveries and restaurant booking date at 125 days out. But for us, it is about the bigger bathroom.
  16. Breakaway. We were on the Epic last year and missed the Waterfront.

  18. I am a firm believer that when one door closes, another when opens. I, too, am so happy to hear an update on your new job and your next adventure with your dad. I look forward to reading all about it. Your Alaska reports are, in my opinion, the best. They were so helpful on our first Alaska cruise this past September on the Jewel which we only booked based on your reports. Happy New Year to you and your dad!
  19. Again, I am so happy to read you are enjoying your Vibe experience. Our first NCL cruise was on the Escape during Christmas break in 2015. It was a packed ship due to the week and that the Escape was a brand spanking new ship. There were over 2000 children on board. I am still very thankful to these boards which gave me a heads up about the existence of the Vibe and how to get a pass.
  20. I had the same delimia this past September on the Jewel. This was the first time we would be charged for our morning delivery of coffee and chocolate croissants. I decided to bring our large yetis to the buffet each morning and get the coffee and the croissants myself. I figured since I was eating those chocolate croissants, I could certainly use the walk. I brought a tray with me so it was easy to carry back to them cabin.
  21. You are correct as there is a 20% gratuity added.
