    It is because Puerto Rico can not handle two Mega ships. So they are alternating between Mardi Gras and Celebration.

    Just off the Mardi Gras last month and we had no issues using our cruise credit in the casino.

    The only state to recognize a religious exemption is California..so only ports out of that state.

    It was available to book at the old price, you just had to email the request as JH said. We got our confirmations for the Celebration: Rudi's and the steakhouse for May 2023.
