I will just keep my eye on this sailing for a price drop.....:D we also receive a coupon booklet... can anyone give me an idea what kind of discounts would be in this book.....

First we are new to HAL ... I just have quick question about buying the 250.00 beverage card... does this go on our on board account for us for drinks or do we get the actual card and use it at each bar... Hope it is not a silly question just curious.... thks ...:D

Actually our second cruise - Silhouette in March 2017. I see by your signature that you must also be a dog lover. We have an elderly lab that we won't leave in a kennel again. He probably won't be with us by 2019, but I'm sure the wonderful old guy won't make it to 2020 which is when we have booked our next cruise for. He's 10 1/2 now & very arthritic. We were on deck 10, port side near the elevators where the verandas are a little bigger.

I understand completely about leaving our fur babies in kennels as they get older.... we have a beautiful golden retriever Maya who is 8 who is good health so far thk god.... they are part of your family... thks again for the great pictures... we are doing a 9 day on the Silhouette March 2019... this will be our third time on her.... :D

So if you buy the signature beverage package that covers any drink 9.00 and under up to 15 drinks a day.... does that include soda and bottle water???? thk you...thinking of trying HAL (only did celebrity)... :D:D

Yes, there were a lot of Maritimers on the cruise. They all seemed so friendly. I'm originally from the west coast of Canada. I've traveled back and forth to the west many times but have yet to make a trip east. It's on the bucket list. Wondering if you're having the weather there now that we had the last few days. Snow, ice & wind. I think there were so many Maritimers on the cruise because you have had an even worse winter than us.

Our winter this year was not bad at all....we had not nearly as much snow as usual.... :)..... we got rain instead of the ice storm.... hope everything melts soon for you......:D

Thank you everyone.... I am really learning a lot we are leaning toward either the Amsterdam or the newest one the Statedam.... ( not sure if I am spelling this right)... we love the itineraries on both ships... as we sail in March we know this is spring breaks for school we know there will be families with children which will not bother us but i know it will not be like Carnival or anything... lol... we are excited to try a different line... thxs again ... now I have to decide if we should buy a drink pkg...:o

we like the S class ships with Celebrity so which class would be comparable on Holland? We are really liking the different ports of calls... Thks again for all the info... :D
