  1. I see that some events are divided into (E) for everyone and (V) for vaccinated. If we go to the Ice Show (V), does that mean when we get seated we can remove our masks? Also, at the Headliner and Production shows, if we sit in the (V) area can we remove masks?

  2. A few weeks ago I called about a price drop. The rep really messed up our reservations. Resolutions finally got it all straightened out so I'm reluctant to try again. Looks like the price has dropped again about $55 pp. I called and after about 2 hours on hold got a rep and after looking said that we would be refunded $151 to our credit card. First thing that made me leery was the amount difference. I know they see things differently on their end but he couldn't explain the numbers to me that made any sense. PLUS....this is the same way our mess started previously.  Second..was that the amount was to be refunded and not as OBC. Another thing that messed up previouly. From the previously problem and everything I've read, the price drop this close to cruise date would be OBC. I was afraid this would be a big mess again so had him leave everything as is. So.............I'm coming to the experts. Shouldn't it be OBC this close in? Before I call back and speak with a different rep I want to make sure I know what the policy is.

  3. Another question 😞      Can someone direct me to a link on RCI's website about accepted tests? I thought I had it all figured out by using walgreens. We live in a small rural area it's they are really the only non-online option. But...their website lists 3 different test options. 1) PCR       2) Rapid Antigen Test - Binax NOW    3) Rapid Diagnostic Test - ID NOW.  Only 2 are available at our walgreens....the PCR (which I don't trust to get results in time) and the ID NOW. I can't find anywhere on RCI's site that the ID NOW is acceptable. Only seems to list PCR and the antigen test.  I need something in writing that makes me comfortable that the ID NOW is acceptable.

  4. Have used Bodden several times and it's been great. We're looking at booking a private tour and one of the options is Havana Beach. We've not been to that beach so looking for reviews. One of the most important things is, does it have plenty of shade? Trees? Umbrellas? Thanks

  5. We're really not comfortable doing the home testing. So..I'm thinking about making a testing appointment for friday morning (for sunday cruise) and having a backup appointment for that afternoon. We're rural and our CVS doesn't do the rapid antigen test. We'd need to get the am test done at our Walgreens and then (if test is cancelled)  travel a little over an hour for to CVS. I thought this was a pretty good plan, until. I've been reading that the Walgreens ID Now test can take up to 72 hours. For those of you that have used Walgreens, what is the longest you've waited on results?

Another question....What is the latest we can be tested for a sunday cruise? We'll be driving to port the saturday before and could possibly make a testing apppointment for saturday afternoon where we'll be spending the night.

  6. We’re in a rural area. Neither CVS or Walgreens do the rapid antigen test. Walgreens does the Rapid ID NOW test. From what I understand from RCI’s website is that the ID NOW is accepted if a formal form is issued (no notes). Has anyone used the NOW test? Any problems with RCI?

  7. Just had a price drop but since we'd already paid in full we received OBC. Rep said it could take up to 2 weeks to see it posted. Is there anywhere online I can check on this? I'd like to cancel our paid gratuities and internet and re-purchase using the obc but don't want to cancel them before the obc shows up.
