Not in our case. I'm Prime and DH is Signature and we take about 18 RCCL cruises per year. We get no offers. A friend cruised once a couple years ago and has many free cruise offers in her account at all times. Club Royale keeps telling us we don't qualify for offers!!!!!

But you do have offers at the end of each cruise based on your play that cruise, correct?

  2. I've noticed recently that the photographers that come into the specialty restaurants now try and upsell you on a printed and packaged photo rather than loading them into the system so you can use your diamond offer in the photo shop. I used to say OK to them taking photos thinking I may get it but if not, it might "count" for them (the photographers).  Now I refuse all because I'm concerned they'll come back with some package they want me to purchase.

You're welcome.  I will add, that I suggest you visit the customer service desk during your first cruise (first few days), and make sure they have you on their list as a B2B passenger.  They probably do.  But it never hurts to make sure.  This is how they know to deliver the instruction letter to you a couple days before turnaround day.  Enjoy your cruises!  It's a great area to explore.

This and their previous post covers it and was our experience as well when we B2B'd on the Brilliance when it did the same cruise from Ravenna last year (and the other B2B's we've been on). Being in the same cabin makes it very easy. We gathered in the Colony Club at 9:30am, got our new keys, walked off through customs and walked back on and went about our day. It's a toss up when you can get back into your cabin - sometimes they're fussy and don't want you back until everyone get access...

  4. If there is more than 1 person needing internet at the same time, only sign up one person and request 2 devices (or more if there are more that need access at the same time) for the plan. You set up the ID and password and anyone can use the system - you sign in with the same ID and password.  You'll be asked to switch devices from time to time as they seem to roll the users as the sign in and out, but you will be able to have 2 (or more if you add more) devices active at the same time. It's cheaper than two people purchasing their own package...

Let me add....there is a single exception to this "rule".  If you purchased an open casino booking (using an offer code) on Next Cruise, you may (probably can) apply a certificate/monthly offer to that booking.

Hi - in my experience, you can only use/combine "matching" offers you and your spouse receive. Usually that's from the same sailing, or those having a similar code. We don't seem to be allowed to "stack" individual offers.

As far as getting offers recently, we have both received new offers in the last few months.  Not a lot, though...

  6. Just a comment.  I scan these boards regularly, and while most of the posts are somewhat repetitive and at times trivial (how many times can we debate gratuities and menus 😆), every so often you come across one that gives you great information, like this one.

We're all aging/dealing with age issues, and many of us could find ourselves facing a situation similar to this.  It's great to see a group of "strangers" sharing information and problem solving to try and help one of us with a challenge. And even better - especially in these strange/strained times - it's enheartening and uplifting to see comments that show compassion and caring.

Many people ask me what it is I like so much about cruising.  I tell them that it's all about the people you meet. I hope to bump into many of you on our next sailing!

Is it really that hard to fix a coffee machine? For the 2nd time in as many cruises the coffee machine in the diamond lounge is broken. 🤔

Last cruise on Rhapsody and now Radiance. If you want a coffee you have to head down to deck 5.

We were on May 6th to 11th, and it was out of service the whole cruise as well.  You'd think they'd fix it before the Alaska season...
