This might be a good place to ask this question: Will we hear announcements such as this in our stateroom? It frustrates my husband and I when we are in our stateroom and announcements are being made and we hear in the hallway but not in our stateroom. We are always concerned that we missed an important announcement, and I fiddle with that button on the wall. It never changes anything.

Supposed to arrive in Baltimore next week for the NE/Canada cruise, and we are concerned that we will arrive in Baltimore, cruise cancelled and not be able to get transportation to return home. We have sailed this itinerary in the past and never had an issue. I sure hope we don't have one this trip. Safety is our biggest concern. How does RCCL normally notify guests? We are seasoned cruisers and have never experienced a disruption in plans. Fortunate thus far.
