  1. Nope, it's just not in the offers. I also have added a bunch of random offers to be able to see them all since the site only shows 100 available at a time. There's about 240 offers available for my card, but none of them are from Carnival. I have never had it or used it in the past to the best of my knowledge. I know a bunch of folks do have the offer, and I know a bunch of folks don't have the offer. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
  2. You're likely referring to Carnival's "Fun 21" game which is similar to Spanish 21. While not as good as a regular 3-2 blackjack game, with proper strategy (including proper early surrender strategy), the game can be brought to less than a 1% house advantage.
  3. Mine was a unique situation, but I had a balcony guarantee booked on a sailing, and then Carnival switched which ship we'd be on after we booked. Once the ship change-over was completed, my guarantee room was assigned at that time -- roughly nine months prior to sailing.
  4. This may be outdated information on their site. There was a Cruise Critic member who posted here not too long ago about missing their cruise due to a delayed flight, and Carnival's Fly2Fun resolution was to give them a future cruise credit -- they did not attempt to fly the person to join the in-progress cruise.
  5. There are self-service laundries on decks 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7 on the Spirit. For deck 5: "The Launderette is located across from 5270. 2-3 washers, 2 -3 dryers, 1 iron and ironing board and soap dispenser machines"

  7. Hello! Any chance of a picture of, or at least a good description of where one would find a Wheel of Fortune slot machine in the casino? I'm organizing a group slot pull for an upcoming sailing and I'd love to be able to give a good description of where the machine is located to tell folks where to meet. Related to that, is there an e-mail address to contact someone at the Spirit casino ahead of time to help coordinate arrangements? Thanks, and enjoy your cruise!
  8. Possibly -- it depends on the security folks who are checking your bags as to how thorough they are. Since beer also comes in 12oz cans, they have been known to inspect cans to ensure they comply with the beverage policy.
  9. Per Carnival's website, alcohol purchased or brought on board at port will not be available until the last day of the last sailing of a B2B. Of course your mileage may vary, and based on the replies here it sounds like that isn't always the case in reality. An idea to consider that I've read about is to make friends with someone sailing on the first leg. Have them bring something on board from a port or purchase from the Fun Shops, and then they would receive it on the last night of your first leg and they could bring a gift to your cabin. ๐Ÿ˜‰ The official word from Carnival is: "Alcohol Purchased in Port or Onboard (The Fun Shops) Alcohol will be stored for safekeeping until the end of the final voyage. Said friend may have purchased an item that was delivered to their cabin on the last night of their cruise which may have ultimately made its way to a different cabin, if you get my drift.
  11. How incredibly frustrating. Even if they do give you a future cruise credit, that doesn't make up for any other expenses you had, not to mention any impact of needlessly using time off from work (if applicable), having to make all new plans, etc. Sorry to hear about your bad experience.
  12. I thought that was the case too, but on their website it says (bolding done by me): "All Fly2Fun bookings come with flight protection โ€” free! That means youโ€™re covered in case weather conditions or flight changes delay your arrival to the ship. Weโ€™ll make alternate flight, hotel and/or ground transportation arrangements and do everything we can to get you to the cruise port in time to board the ship, at no expense to you. If no viable options are available to get you to the ship before departure at the homeport, you will be given a Future Cruise Credit to use toward an alternate Carnival cruise."
