  1. We have a stop in Kiel this August and the excursions through MSC are expensive and limited so I was wondering how prevalent taxis are if we wanted to do something on our own instead. I was thinking if it was a nice day heading up to Laboe to go to the beach and visit the naval museum. Would it be easy enough to get a taxi in both the port and Laboe on the way back without pre booking anything? Or is there a better option? Public transit seemed a bit slow and indirect on Google maps.
  2. I have a 2025 booking that I want to move to a new balcony category that's showing $100 higher than my current category on the website today. However, the overall price of the cruise is $1000 more than when I made my initial booking. Princess is telling me I have to pay the full $1000 to get the new category. Does anyone know if there's any way around this? It just seems ridiculous to me since the incremental price different for them is the same whether I'm in my current balcony or pay the $100 to move and then they re-sell my old one at the new fare. Say my original fare was $3000 for the cabin and today it's $4000 with the higher cabin being $4100. Princess will still be getting $7100 in both scenarios whether I keep my cabin or upgrade it.
  3. Oh strange. I wonder if it's still too early then because nothing is showing up under the disembarkation excursions for me yet.
  4. I have a cruise booked on the MSC Euribia in August and am looking at a 12:30 flight. Is this late enough to make it to the airport when the ship docks at 8 AM? And what would be the most efficient way to get to the airport?
  5. I have a northern Europe cruise booked in August out of Copenhagen and would like to book a post cruise airport transfer but don't see it offered anywhere under excursions. I assume MSC offers these. Is there just somewhere different I have to go to book these or is it just too early?
  6. I was looking at trying a cabana stateroom but after seeing some of the comments on here I'm a little more hesitant because I didn't realize that the balcony was exposed from above. Are there any cabana staterooms that aren't like that? Or should I just look into a normal mini suite or even a normal balcony cabin.
