Food!

I should have eaten my dessert. The pasta is made to order and they are quite backed up today. I'm not usually this hungry when I first wake up.

I think Carnival has addressed the problem with the Drinks on us Everywhere program but I don't gamble enough to get that. They want me feeding that machine to get my money 😆 It's out of my budget too. I was quite surprised how inexpensive it was. For the sailing I did, even MSC was more expensive. That's not typical but I'd never even given them a thought based on formality amd cost. There are deals to be had and the formality was less an issue than I'd thought. Have not tried HAL yet but it's a line I would like to try.

I doubt it. She found a place called Governor's Beach. It's possible that's the name of the beach down there but if so she didn't realize it as we did Jack's Shack years ago before the new owners took over and found it to be one of the worse food and service experiences we have ever had. Given how popular it was, we were quite disappointed. And of course it was my fault for being the one who talked it up based on what I'd read here 😆

I've always had good luck. Hope that trend continues it's one of my favorite lunches, would hate to see it change. I definitely needed that extra sleep. Could go for some more but I gotta eat 😆.

I prefer the lineup version too. As I understand it, you can't even customize your bowl at the sit down version anymore. You have choices of Pre-made bowls and that's what you get. Kind of like how the omelet is now. Momo is a riot! I think she is going to be a CD very soon.

M still sleeping. Lido is a zoo right now. Even pasta bar is almost full but I grabbed the last two top. Handful of large tables left if I had needed to. It's wet and yucky out so don't think we would have gone out even if M was awake.

Good morning from Grand Turk. M was still out last night when I finally tapped out so I'm not sure if she is going to be up yet. Gonna go check on her as she wanted to do a beach day today. If she isn't, I think I am going to crawl back into bed myself 😴.

Next stop, Grand Turk. M wants to go to Governor's Beach. Let's see how early we drag ourselves out of bed tomorrow though. All aboard is 330. Good night everyone.

That salad was really good. I've enjoyed all of the dinner salads so far with the exception of the first one which was the Asian chicken one. It was good, but not real filling. These other ones I've been getting have really been hitting the spot. We have booked steakhouse for night 5 and are considering Italian for tomorrow.

That's what I do. I don't play while I am waiting. If I am playing anyway is one thing. But if I just want a drink, I don't bother playing. Royal let's me order at the bar...for now. There have been rumors of that going away, but so far each time they trial it on a ship it gets so much uproar they change their mind.
