I would say I enjoyed myself more on the explorer than I did harmony. Plus the ports on jade seem more appealing.

Well after seeing pics of the bliss now I'm undecided between bliss or jade for eastern carribean in dec of this year or janurary of next.

I was stunned on my 7 day 2 weeka after thanksgiving too see that many kids on a cruise

Having less kids on the ship matters to me. I was surprised the amount on harmony in early December. The 10 day eastern on the jade has my interest in December

I'm thinking of trying ncl. I've taken my 1st 2 cruises with royal carribean . Ive been to alaska and the western carribean. I'm looking at the eastern carribean for my birthday in janurary I have been on harmory and explorer of the seas on royal. What pros and cons are there between the 2 companies. I've always booked specialty restaurants on my previous cruises. I usually have a obc for my alcohol. Any tips greatly appreciated.

I booked serenade for Jan 2019. Embark on my birthday heading to the eastern carribean. This will be my 3rd year in a row on royal on 3 different ships. This trip inside cabin mid ship.

I just checked yesterday on my birthday and noticed in 2019 southern carribean out of ft lauderdale. Think I'm gonna talk with the wife. I like the smaller ships and it's I believe 11 days. Any tips about serenade is greatly appreciated.

I just got off harmony on sat. Dry pavlov was great. Last year in alaska I had ken jones. That guy is beyond horrible

So what ships like the explorer of the seas and what time of year. I was thinking eastern carribean about the same time next year

No it was gorgous out. Plus why do they close 2 out of the 3 hot tubs in the solarium by 9 what is that about

The kids were in the solarium at 9 o'clock and I'm like I thought they were not supposed to be in there

I just completed my cruise yesterday on harmony. I liked the ports in the western carribean although it rained in falmouth, but the ship was too big for my liking. I sailed on rcl laat year on the explorer and enjoyed it much more. I thought after I has done some research from past cruisers that the 1st 2 weeks of dec were less kids. Well that turned out not too be true harmony was sold out and their were tons of kids. So I'm thinking for 2018 cruise the same size ship as explorer but what months to avoid kids. Feedback is appreciated. And happy holidays too all.

Hello everyone. I'm boarding harmony in 11 days. This will be my 2nd ever cruise. My 1st was last year on the explorer. That ship will always hold a place in my heart as she was the 1st ever cruise ship I was on . I hope too be on her again In the future. I know harmony vs the explorer is a big difference but I'm very excited to be seeing some things I had on explorer on a bigger scale on harmony plus so much more. I also have another balcony cabin on harmony only inside vs outside. If anyone can offer me any suggestions that would be great. I did purchase the bigo specialty dining and I also have the classic soda package. I'm not a big alcohol drinking so I will buy as I go. I love this board because of all the info I've received. I thank you all

I have cabin 11599 in 2 weeks on harmony. Will the bed be by the balcony or towards the front door

I'm on the harmony departing 12/9. Western carribean. It's my 2nd ever cruise both on royal. Last year I was on the explorer to alaska. I have a central park balcony on the 11th deck. Was wondering if the 11th deck is quiet. And if I will be hearing any noise from the decks below. Any feedback is welcome.
