We were on that cruise. December 18th to the 26th. We had a travel clock with a temperature gauge. Our cabin on deck 6 was 64 degrees when we left Baltimore and 60.1 upon arrival back in Baltimore. While in our last port of call in Grand Turk we asked how to make it warmer for when we returned to Baltimore. The service person they sent up took notes, refused to comment and left the room. The only time the room temperature and ship temperature was semi decent was in the Bahamas. I feel bad for the crew. The staff all had jackets or winter coats on. The only place that had intermittent warmth was the casino where the slot machines were concentrated. So, if you take a winter cruise on the Legend, dress warmly. We had a nice time other than being cold. And yes the dining room food choices have gone downhill.
