Just off of the Allure on Sunday and although there were no dining packages available pre-cruise, it was offered to us on board when we went to book Chops.
-
Still a great deal for us!

Great location!

At the risk of being rude...this is also reserving chairs. :D
If a particular spot is that important (I know some people NEED the sun and some like them in the shade) then why not eat in shifts? I mean, if you are on a cruise with someone, the odds are pretty good that you know them and spending some time apart won't kill you...heck, they may even welcome it.
I am in total agreement with you!

Royal usually gives you some sort of consideration towards another cruise. Could be OBC, percentage discount on fares, rebooking another cruise at your same rate, etc. They should contact you with details.
this was not the case for us. Canceled our cruise with NO special offers/compensation.

Music did not bother us, but you have to remember to close the curtains when changing!
-
After not having it and had to cancel last minute, we now always get it.

We have done the same thing and it worked fine

We are preparing for our 4th cruise on the Oasis class(3rd on the Allure) and have never felt crowded!! We love them!

I am still dreaming about a visit from the upgrade fairy!

This is the best part about living in FL. We can wait until 4 weeks out and not have to worry about airfare.
Some of us living in Florida work and so still can not take advantage of 4 week out rates. Have to give more notice for vacation time. But living in Florida and cruising is still a great advantage though!

As others have already stated much depends on the crowd. Back in 2012 we were seated at a long table of 12 and had to share. Luckily everyone was very thoughtful and used the utensils that were designated for that dish and also were not gluttons.
We had the this same experience and really enjoyed it!

Either way now that I am new fan of the Oasis class ship, can't wait to see this grow, and most important where it will be home ported.
Same here. Would be wonderful if it came to PC!

A sixty-one year old described as "elderly". WELL:eek:
My sentiments exactly!

Fantastic news for you!

We have cruised on the Freedom several times and just completed our first on the Independence. Pick the Freedom!!!!!!
Our experience on the Independence was the worst we have ever had on a cruise. From check in, to condition of the cabin, to food quality.
-
I completely agree with you concerning the itineraries. We would love to have a few new ports especially from Port Canaveal.
New ports out of PC will be here later this year on the Explorer!
-
You won't hear a thing ! Being close to an elevator has it's perks !
Agree completely!!!! We choose them on purpose and have never had a noise problem.

Freedom is a great ship, but different. We alternate back and forth between Oasis class and the Freedom.
-
Rita's Fiesta party and the zipline. Some of the crafts are nice too.
-
We enjoy Giovanni's and Chopped about equally. If they are on a ship, we dine there.
Have you joined our thread for the May 4th sailing on the Allure?
-
I agree, Ritas Fiesta is great fun. Just don't book it for the first night it is offered. Not nearly as much fun as later in the cruise.

From Rhonda to Rhonda, I was on Brilliance from Tampa in December. Park Café was open on the first day from 1 to 4, 4:30 to 6, and 9 to 2 AM.
Windjammer was open from 11:30.
Same for us on the Brilliance in February.
-
Our experience is that they open the terminal about 10:30
Allure question. If you had to pick one and only one specialty restaurant...

Agree with this, but if you can only do one, our favorite is Chops.
